Your first LV bag

A friend of mine in high school had a mono LV wallet and purse.
This was back in the 80's - so it was quite unusual at the time.
I had no idea what LV was, but I just thought they were cool looking.
The summer after I graduated, I found a mono bucket bag at a consignment shop in La Jolla.
It was $25!
I wore that purse out. I took it to the LV shop for repairs, but they said the damage is too extensive to fix. Someday, I might take it to a cobbler to see if anything can be done to fix it.

My Earlier Pieces Were Purchased For Me. I Always Had Luggage. A Speedy 30 ~ That I Used Like A Carry All When I Was Very Young. I Also Had A Marly, A Saint-Cloud, A Papillon Sitting In My Closet For A Long Time. A Few Different Wallets & One Other I Can't Remember The Name ~ I Wish I Knew The Name I Love That Bag & It's So Beat Up... In The Late 90's I Tried To Get Another & It Had Been Discontinued.
My first LV was actually a mono Speedy 30 given to me as a gift by my mother-in-law. Then I got myself a Suhali Le Fab.
