Everything I hear about the manhattan gm is that it's too heavy and cumbersome. It is a beautful bag, but I think the cabby would be more practical.

i agree with the majority of ppl...the manhattan is such a beautiful and classic piece, but the cabby is much easier to get in and out of... especially if you have 3 girls or little kids, the cabby would be more practical to carry around.

as for wear and tear, i don't own any of the denim pieces, but i think the cabby is such a hot bag, and perhaps since it's denim, it'd be easier to handle when you're running around rather than worrying about vachetta half the time...

so my vote goes for the cabby! (although I'd love to own both one day)
