stir fry veggies w/rice or noodles..

I recently (2 months ago) became a vegetarian and never thought I could do it since I loved meat. It's been 2 months now, and it's probably the best decision I ever had. I've lost a lot of weight (just due to not eating meat), and always feel healthier.. and no stomach aches (which were a daily regulary for me.. weak stomache over here)
 
I usually stir-fry them with a little butter, then add soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper, all to taste. When I have the time, I'll cook them into a broth. Take a couple of chicken breasts (or some meat) and boil the vegetables along with it. I'll use carrots, potatoes, zucchini and cabbage. Cook until they're all tender, just make sure you put the carrots, potatoes and meat/chicken in first (they take the longest to cook), and when they're half done add the rest of the veggies. Salt to taste, and some cilantro (if it's meat), or mint leaves (for chicken). Rice as a side and you're good to go!
