I got my first Chloe this summer during the sale frenzy, a double pocket Edith in whiskey. It was love at first sight! I thought it was perfect, the leather, the style, everything! Anyways, today I noticed when I got home from lunch with a friend that the zipper pull on the front pocket is missing, and it was there this morning so I know it came off today. So now my Edith isn't all it should be. Has this ever happened to anyone else? If so what did you do? Is there a Chloe # I should call. I purchased my bag at Nordstrom's in CA and had it shipped to me if that makes a difference.
