This is going to be my first time making this and I'm wondering what kind of vodka I should use? I'm guessing it would affect the test but I haven't a clue since I never cook! thanks for the help!
I've used everything from Grey Goose to Banker's Club and the quality of the vodka doesn't seem to affect the taste IMO. I usually buy whatever mid-range brand is on sale (Smirnoff, Absolut, Skyy, etc), because I like to drink whatever is leftover lol ...
I love expensive vodka, but I've come to the conclusion that pasta sauce is a waste of Belvedere, Grey Goose, Ketel One, etc...
