I saw a smaller version of this bag in person, it's nice. Pseub, the version you posed is even better (more roomy). When I just started working, I bought Monsac (clean/structured styles, very sturdy), Furla (changed quite a bit now. In the older days, they used non-distressed leather. Bags always look new despite being used reqularly), Cole Hann, Kate Spade bags which run around $200-$300USD. Their styles are work friendly. =)
I recommend Monsac handbags, they are well made and affordable (this is relative...). Their leather bags have extra coating that repel water and dirt/dust, they are one of those brands that make light colored bags maintainable. =)
