warning wilson's leather spray - new york times

This was back in 93 though. Maybe they changed their formula back then? Or maybe there was no disclaimer back then and they changed it so there are warnings/disclaimer about it now?

I have used Wilson's spray numerous time without problems. If this happened in '93, I am sure the company resolved it by now.

I wonder if those people used the spray in places that were not well-ventilated? I always spray my bags outside and let them sit there for a couple of hours....I have a 5 year old and a cat, I can't take any chances on them becoming overwhelmed by fumes.

yup, I have also make it a habit to always do it outside when I spray my bags with these leather protector. better safe than sorry, and I do hope they changed the formula now.
