And this is the early Duffle Sac that I let sneak away on Sunday thinking that it was under everyone's radar. But unfortunately, it wasn't. Bidding against resellers continues to leave a bad taste in my mouth. It would be one thing is they did any restoration work, or even some value-added cleaning. But even that seems to be too much for some flippers. Buy at $48, try to resell at $362. Unbelievable...

That's so incredibly sad.

I'm looking for a vintage Coach bag with a longer strap. I recently purchased a Court bag on eBay but the strap is a little shorter than I'd like for crossbody wear. Any suggestions for a style I should look for? Preferable a medium size or larger.

Did you buy an older court bag with a fixed length strap? The newer ones came with a 48 inch adjustable strap. There are many bags that came with a 48 inch strap. I don't think you are going be able to find many with a longer strap than that. You can buy dogleash clips to attach to the ends of the straps to make it longer.

May I ask what the drop length on your Court Bag strap is? A Willis might work, depending on how much length you need.

The adjustable strap on the Willis is the same as the adjustable strap on the later Court bags.

I just remembered a bag with a longer strap. My Bradley bucket (9936) has the longest drop of any vintage bag I own, but those are hard to find.

Yes, it's from 1997.

I would LOVE to find one of those! Gorgeous bag.

How would I go about finding one that would match the bag?
It depends. What color is your bag and when was it made? Did you see my post about just adding extra dogleash clips onto your strap? You can add several inches this way.
Something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Zoe-Carly...tender-/390688550659?var=&hash=item99b57a74e4
You clip it onto the rings on sides of the bags and then attach your strap to the rings of these clips. You can even put more than one clip on each side.
This seller and others also sell replacement straps.

My bag is British Tan made in 1997. I did see your post about the clips, I just hadn't looked into it yet. Looks like that would be an easy solution. Thanks!
