I've owned a speedy 25 before and like the tivoli so much better because of the ease of getting in and out of with the wide opening! Plus I love the little zipper chain pull!

I think this is a PERFECT alternative to a speedy 25. Like this poster said so much easier to get into, and very similar in shape.
I seems though this is the size of a speedy 30 (11.8x8.3x6.7),

14.1x8.3x6.3(meaurements off vuitton.com but sure doesnt seem that size.

You cant s/o it, the bag is too new. they bag as to be at least 2 yrs old before you can s/o.

yes, generally about 50% ( i might be wrong on that percent) more then the monogram. but you can't s/o because the bad just came out not long ago. the bag has to be at least 2 yrs old before you can s/o.

Can this bag be carried over the shoulder?

Yes, you can carry it on your shoulder but the base is a little wide so you don't want to carry it that way for long. I also have not tried carrying on the shoulder with a coat on or anything, just a shirt or sweater and its fine that way.
