I have a LV luggage tag Made in France, but my speedy is USA made.

I thought that we are supposed to look at the first two letter of the Date code to determine where the bags were really made....

No, they don't. If it's made in the USA, then it will say so.

Of my LV bags, my Noe, Madeleine, and Eva are made in France.

ETA: Hehe -- I just went back and saw that I've already responded in this thread, but now I have my Eva to add.
