Just was struck by this "Mr. Louboutin, the Parisian shoe designer known for his slick red soles, says that his new 6- and 7-inch stilettos are selling so well right now that he plans to introduce 8-inch platform shoes next fall. Haha, dirty dirty title! I currently am a stiletto virgin and am waiting to pop my CL cherry haha. One day I'll get a pair of VP or declics or rolandos. So far I can handle up to 3 inches only.

OK, this heading made me a little nervous, but I had to look.............8 inches is insane-I can deal with 4, maybe 5 with a good platform-I think 8 would start to have that "rocky horror, trannie look."

That's pretty crazy. I have yet to try the double platforms, but so far I can only handle 120 without platform. I don't even think my foot extends beyond that.

I have the altadamas, so those are 140s, but they have a double platform, which basically makes them only feel like 4 inches. I can do 120s without a platform, but not that well, so I don't own any. 8 inches is insane!

And, btw, Jobaker gets the award for best title so far this week!
