Yes, I notice online that there may only be 4 cws for a SS 2016 design, like Bonnes Vibrations, for example. Then there are a good number for Maitres de la Foret and Under the Waves. It seems like H is perhaps pushing particular designs by increasing the cw's? But I think to a degree they've always done this. Which is why ebay and other resellers are useful; to locate that scarce cw.

Not sure. I do know that there are often CWs that never appear on the web site, and then I might see in a boutique. Also, I know different countries may order different CWs. Sometimes, suddenly an unseen CW may pop up on h.com ! Then there are printed mousselines. Don't appear in the scarf booklet at all. This year very few Cws visible on any of the web site.

YES! for me the most recent examples that come to mind were 'Arbre du Vent' and 'Collectiones Imperiales', and almost all maxi twillies except the first issue. CSGM are more problematic for me in terms of finding a suitable color BTW.

we learn with our collections growing what works best and what to avoid, I guess. The same is true for me, never mind I have so many blues. I still end up wearing blues more often than other scarves from my drawer :smile1:

These posts were so interesting to me ~ I buy 90cm silks and GMs only with the thought that they coordinate back to my Bs/Ks, that way I am sure they are a fit in my closet and with my outfits. :heart:

They are going overboard with mish -mash designs , so many next season.
I suppose I should get my head around the tying possibilities which will be many , but the weird messiness of the designs makes me feel dizzy .:upsidedown:

I agree completely. Enough already with the mashups.

The horse scarf in the bottom right on picture 4 is the one that they were selling as a special edition at fsh when I was there. Tied it was incredibly boring.

What's going on? Is it just me? I'm not seeing much that I like at all. The colorful on the bottom left in picture 2 might be neat tied. But that's all. [emoji15]

It sometimes takes me forever, to get round to liking something. It's never happened with mishmash , Carré en Carrés was the first I saw and although MaitAi makes it look OK, it will never please me.
If only I could know at the time what I'll like in the future ! Some that went from loathe to love ; la Femme aux Semmelles du Vent [ yes, really!] Parures des Maharajahs, Beloved India, Magic Kelly , Please Check In etc etc

From current collection, so in time for nabbing one : Under the Waves when I tried it on I realised it was wonderful!
