So I've had my eye on this gorgeous bag since it was released! I was certain I'd get it in either red because duh no one does red better than Gucci or in smooth brown leather. I was broken hearted when I went into the boutique finally ready to buy only to find out it had been retired! I know some won't seek out or buy non classics but I think once you see what I found you'll all agree that this is absolutely a classic, even if it didn't reach classic collection status! None of that really matters to me anyway. I'm methodical about what I buy and only buy what I LOVE and can see myself enjoying for years to come. Anyway after I got over my devastation and started surfing the interwebs for the perfect pre-loved one I fell in LOVE with the suede version! I finally found it on Portero's site for an amazing price and I couldn't be more pleased with the condition! It's practically flawless!
I fully blame bloggers Tasha Sefton and Karen Blanchard for this! Ok enough of my babbling who's here for a reveal?! [emoji16][emoji173]️

Congratulations! That is my dream bag and I missed out. It is so stunning!
I tore out all of the ads in the magazines that had it, but just never got it.
Enjoy it! I believe it is truly a classic:)

Same here, those luxury items are my dream bags. My best choice is the Louis Vuitton. How I wish ,I'll be able to received something authentic and beautiful! As others said " The best things come to those who wait". So I'll rather do that.:smile:

I kept waiting on it too but so glad I scored this one! Not sure which color way you were looking for but I saw 2 (green leather & burnt orange suede) on TJ Maxx The Runway. There are also a few listed on Tradsey. Good luck! It's a terrific bag!

I personally get way more satisfaction out of treating myself to luxury purchases! Every piece but 1 I have I've bought for myself. The other my sister bought me (vintage Gucci hobo) as a Mother's Day gift. I usually correlate purchases to goals at work (I'm in sales for a software company) but sometimes I love a simple "because I want it" buy! That's what this was and because it's a retired design that I intended to buy. ;)
