T.V. or a Diamond? Which would you want?

Whoa! I'm surprised that so many chose diamonds!

I ADORE diamonds...but TV and DVD's are two of my greatest pleasures.

I read somewhere that we should spend our money buying EXPERIENCES rather than things because life is, ultimately, made up of the things we do rather than the stuff we own. I'm not really sure, though, if watching tv counts as an "experience" any more than gazing at a diamond does...

plasma tv..... also, i will pick just about any electronics/computer stuff over diamond.

A few weeks ago I would have said plasma t.v.; however, someone told me the average lifespan of a plasma t.v. is about a year and a half, and a diamond is... well, you know.

Yeah, plasmas are out. Now if it was an LCD flatscreen it would be a whole other story...

I suppose I'll have to settle for the diamond.

If it's a nice 1 carat or greater, than diamond. If not, TV baby! My husband would be happy too! I'll take the cellphone over shoes too as I can't wear most designer shoes.

I would rather have diamonds ... but for the price of a plasma big screen, I'd rather have the tv. $10K or so won't buy completely fabulous diamonds, whereas you can have a pretty great tv....
