And on Thursday, Nicole 'Snooki' LaValle, 30, showed just how much she's changed in those intervening years when she stepped out onto Miami Beach, Florida, to shoot the Jersey Shore spinoff, Family Vacation.

The reality TV star has admitted to regularly getting Botox and lip fillers and is rumored to have had a nose job.

When I saw the first photo, I saw the face of Jocelyn Wildenstein, the cat woman from cosmetic surgery. She looks so much older than 30 years.

the funny thing is years back Jersey Shore people looked like them! I can't even lie, like clones of Snookies running around.
But tacky people know no demographics. So it's not just Jersey

The lip injections are a mess. they all look bad...anyone who has told you that your injected lips looks good is lying to you. Doctors should be ashamed of this work.
