I don't think it is, unless it is a men's gavroche...but I've never seen one with fringes like that on the end.

My SA would have a good chuckle! You know what I loved? In that US special VB comes to LA or whatever it was called - when she visited That Perez guy in the cafe, she had on a black dress and a black and white losenge-type scarf around her neck - I LOVED that, but my SA said it wasn't by H.....bummer!
