ok stupid question
is this textured the multicolored part kinda like epi leather in lv's or is it smooth, and is it painted on or?
I have never seen one and the only one I've ever seen here is Japster in a violet hue, sorry for my ignorance (but at least I am trying to be informed!).

elizabeth, it's "strips" of leather sandwiched together,then cut...so what you see is all the edges of the layers...KWIM?
As for the price, GF, .... it was unclear because aspen and I had conflicting pricing information -- check the "Birkin Pricing" thread. I think Vibrato is usually a little more expensive, but PM-me if you want anymore complete info about it at all, ever,

For those who like vibrato, there's a Rouge Garance Vibrato Bolide 31cm with gold hardware at SCP.
$6400. It's definitely more expensive than the chevre Bolide in 31cm.
It also feels heavier but it's gorgeous~!
now you're making me think of the mille crepe cake!
now I will always call it the pastry bag purse. Hopefully I can say it with a straight face to my SA.
