I have to agree with you. I was at the Michael Kors outlet last Friday and almost bought a bag just like that in tan. Don't know the name though. I am almost certain it was identical.

I agree it has MK Astor qualities... but the thing that makes it not michael kors is the spacing between the rows of studs... and the ring/handle attachment.

similar michael kors, but note how the handles are attached


also, the placement of the studs isn't the same(almost all MK astor bags have the double line of studs running down the center of the bag)... the kenneth cole studding matches your pic, so does the handle attachment (large ring punched through the leather of the bag).
