Thanks...just called them. I have the medium on hold.They'll have somebody from Europe come in on April 6th to personally engrave your initials on the bag for free. I still would like to see the bag in person though before making the purchase. Our Neiman Marcus here has the medium in brown. I plan to go there this Friday to see it.
