It WAS a great trip, Megs. I also visited the Hermes store on Madison Avenue - and they had a lot of bag eye candy (including a 35 croc birkin in ficelle....)

Weeellll... there was some H loot. I went to the sale on Friday ... got a double coin purse (the le 48) in framboise and raisin chevre. Two scarves (Fleurs de Fuchsia in the white background with pink hem) and Bolduc au Carre in blue/turquoise. A small business card holder at the store in turquoise chevre. And (I was very, very bad) a shawl in the danse de cheval Marwari in the black colourway. And bought a friend's used Medor with a red epsom strap.
