And I totally get where your coming from about some stores helping more than others, such a shame you had to go through all that to get what should have been provided in the first place. That is why I am a bit surprised - the free standing larger store apparently didnt have the size I needed, whilst the smaller concession did. Ah well. And its probably best I didn't get the larger box, it was hard enough on the train with several LV bags and boxs, let alone a box big enough for me to get into!
