My little gripe

When I entered my order and the code for free shipping, then update, everything looked like I wouldn't be charged for shipping. When I received the email confirm however, the shipping was on it. Cust. service still says that since VIP's are automatically upgraded for free, we are getting a free shipping. I still think I'm being excluded from the promo since I get the free upgrade anyway and I'm still paying for the standard rate. Maybe if enough of us complain about this unfair treatment, they will fix their system.
 
I got my elux order today - it was sent by Fedex regular shipping. They did not give me upgraded shipping (which I should since I am a VIP) but I got free regular shipping.
