May I report a wonderful Chanel shopping experience here?

I bought the brown modern chain e/w tote after speaking with a woman at the Chanel boutique at the Bellagio. As it turns out, I'm not keeping the bag, but the experience has been so good nonetheless. She, Alexandra, is so well versed in Chanel products, sweet and helpful. The package was delivered very quickly with a little bag of goodies to boot. I may not be keeping this particular bag, but I will be shopping from there again!

leem....very nice of you to post about Alexandra at the Bellagio. It's too bad you are not keeping the tote, but sounds like she was great to work with and spreading the word about her is very thoughtful.

BTW, I'd love to see a photo of the brown E/W!

Sorry I haven't responded in so long. I didn't take pictures, either. I am home with my newborn (3 week old) and just falling down on my other jobs : )

I sent back because it just swallowed me. The leather was gorgeous, though!!!
