Love great customer service!

  1. I just want to give huge props to Francesco Biasia's customer service! I needed a strap for my bag and emailed them, and they immediately replied, we emailed back a few times, they ordered it for me, and are sending it - all free of charge - even shipping! And it wasn't even their fault/defective, I just needed a new strap!! What a nice experience!! And funny, but I am currently carrying two Biasia bags today to work - one for my personal stuff and one for my laptop - love them! I'm like a walking advertisement!

  3. That's awesome. I wish I could say the same thing about Gryson. I emailed them last week about how they sent me the wrong sized dust bag for my Josey, and I still haven't received a reply.
