They have very quick delivery. I'm in the US and I usually get my packages within a week. And their packaging is very nice! You have the option to choose between basic and gift packaging where the latter they will ship in their signature Paris themed boxes. However, you will not get the brand's boxes only the dust bag.

Regarding the customer service, I found them very helpful and solved my customs issue quickly. I have also returned a few times without much issues.

Private sale is live on the website but it’s extremely slim pickings - zero bags and accessories, only RTW and only up to 40% discount. We are going to take a look in store but unlikely to pull the trigger on much if at all.

Yes I did but I couldn’t get to the men’s sale page. I could however load all the available products for men’s which then allowed me to find out which products were on sale.

Get it while it’s hot. Mytheresa has up to 30% select items, including some puzzle bag and puzzle totes.
