I'm not quick to say this at all (cause I know people say it all the time about her) ..... but she looks about 60 in the MTV awards pics.. if she is in fact sober now, she must be having trouble adjusting to sober living. She just looks so... uncomfortable lately.

Bail has been forfeited for the previous hearing. The new bail has been set at $200,000.

Warrant for Lindsay Lohan has been recalled by judge

The warrant for Lohan’s arrest has been recalled, because the actress made bail. Her bail was posted at $20,000 (the standard one-tenth of the $200,00 which the judge set).

As of now, Lohan remains free.

However, should she violate the terms of the probation, it’s likely the judge will throw her in jail.

All the 5 violations were alcohol related, apparently. How is she still able to get away with posting bail? 5 violations would mean jail time with no bail.
