Hmmm.
Wearing an 18.8 carat diamond brooch gifted by the Government and People of the South African Union to Queen Mary, just prior to the departure of H and TW to an African nation. Perhaps making the point TW may be gifted jewelry (she fervently hopes) from the Nigerian Director of Defence Information, but likely nothing comparable to the Cullinan (1 of 6 ) Camilla wore today?
Maybe it’s stretch, but of all the brooches to choose from,this one at this time?

Now that's an engagement I'd have happily gone to. So much better to meet a pony and a donkey than people
