everyone says you should go down a 1/2 size but im not too sure! i bought these same sedarabys with 105cm heel in sz 37 about 2 months ago. i would totally be falling out of them if i went any bigger. i even have a heel pad in mine! i wear a 37 in all my choos & manolos, etc. except for louboutin. those i have to go up to 37.5, so sorry... i know i am not much help! maybe 'cuz my foot is so narrow? i dont know.........
