Honestly, I never really get fantastic service Barneys. The SAs are adequate, but by no means exceptional (except for Heidi in shoes.) I pretty much always know what I want when I walked in anyway. The SAs at Nordstrom across the street are so much more helpful, but they don't carry Balenciaga!
