What is with LV SA's lately? There's so many threads on rude service, I even have my own stories that I could tell. I don't know what's going on but I hope LV does some serious mandatory customer service refresher seminars with their SA's.

They don't.. but they have bonuses, and yes, the Manager does look at your sales as well. So even though their salary isn't dependent on sales performance per say, if you're doing a crummy job.. it will still hurt you !
