Do the small and medium agenda refills have a 30-day calendar page for each month in addition to daily pages?
I have never seen the actual pages for LV agendas. I have a Kate Spade agenda and it doesn't have any full month calendar pages.

I have a PM agenda with one week per page refills. It doesn't have an extra monthly calendar page, only a unfoldable year page (as big as three pages, but folded on itself to fit, if you know what I mean).
A month page would be a nice addition tho.
