I'd choose the Day, based on your leather description. If you prefer the City style over the Day style, then I'd probably send both back

If you like the City style better but the leather on your Day better, send it back.

I think the leather on your Day is divine, similar to my City, but I'm not a fan of the Day style.....so if I were you, I'd send it back and search a City with that grainy plump leather.

But if you love both of the styles, keep the Day

Thanks everyone, I'm really in love with my day so I'm keeping it! I really like both styles so it's not a problem, I was just curious if people prefer the really shiny thinner leather vs. the thick smooshy semi-matte kind, but I guess not too many people do!

Which style do you prefer? If it is the City, then just exchange it for another Tomato City with leather that you prefer. That's just what I would do!
