How to care for snake/python?

Hi,
Maybe some of you has any advice.
I bought a Fendi Dot Com with a watersnake strap.

The Material Looks like it‘s peeling off.

Since I bought it Second Hand the Customer Service won‘t do anything. Is there anything I can do about it?
