Hi. I think am finally ready to move from Chloe to buy my first bbag. If you are buying a bag sight unseen how do you describe the perfect leather to the SA so that you are sure to get the right bag? Thanks so much for your help!!!

hi green eggs! i think it depends what your preferences are (smooth vs distressed, thinner vs thicker, veiny vs uniform etc)...if you're calling the nyc boutique you can ask them to send photos too...hope that helps!
p.s. just wanted to add when i'm not buying in person i usually want to make sure the leather isn't dry and i don't like cracked white lines in the wrinkles or tassle edges
