Has anyone noticed how soft the new GST's are now?...and not in a good way!

^ wondering the same thing. the slouchy from use and perhaps abuse would definitely be a different kind of slouching that a softer material would produce. one would come with the wears and tears, discoloration, etc. and the other not.

I can't relate. The construction on a lot of the Chanel bags are poor to say the least.

I just bought the new GSt and the leather is matted not shiny and is alot softer. there is no sloushing though and I like the matted look better. we'll see how it holds up.

i've got my GST last sat fm singapore boutique, it's my first chanel bag. i did ask the SA abt the bag production date but she's not sure. how can i know it's the new or old caviar?
