Thanks, everyone! 
I knew that my parents were going to send me a surprise, and they told me over the phone that they cleared it with my super, so when I came home from work tonight, I found a dozen white roses in a vase waiting for me!
My birthday present is at home under the Christmas tree waiting for me. The Ralph Lauren website won't ship things to Canada. I'll post a picture my present when I get it.
On Saturday I'm going to get myself some cupcakes from The Cupcake Shoppe.
