Wow!! You did a fantastic job! It's beautiful. Hey, my husband turned me on to this leather conditioner called "Waximum" which DOES darken leathers evenly! So you still have some hope here. I've used it on vintage bags and wow it really evens out coloring. After I put that on I will put a coat of Kiki shoe shine, let that dry, then brush/burnish the leather -- it really makes a big difference. Congratulations to you!

I love how she ended up turning out! Honestly, the discoloring of the pockets may just be something that the teal dye for the legacy bags does. I have the '07 shoulder bag in teal and the bottom portion is a lighter color that the top. I've learned to accept it (despite my "need for perfection" ways) b/c I love her and it just adds to the bag's character!
