Fresh romano biscuit or roll recipes please!

  1. I just made a chicken, mushroom, broccoli pasta with fresh romano the other day and now I have a huge chunk of romano cheese left. Can anyone share a recipe for biscuits or rolls using fresh romano? I guess I'm open to other ideas as well!!

  2. You could make fricos (or cheese crisps)... this recipe I found uses parm...but you can use any cheese, also this recipe frys them, but tou can also bake them on silpat. While they are warm you can mold them into bowls, cups, curls...they are really good in soups and salads.
