Eyeliner does not stay on me!!! what can i use?

Have you ever tried the Laura mercier tight lining method where you use cake eyeliner and her lat eyeliner brush. You then press the brush between the lashes. It's the only thing that has worked for me. Although, I did try a whole new thing today and it seems to be working so far....Also laura mercier - her smudge brush and her Chocolate garnet mineral eye shadow powder smudge on upper and lower lashes

Ive tried liquid and pencil liners and they never stay on me! I must be anti liner! It always smudges and smears or just vanishes off me..

i normally wear liquid on the bottom because it lasts longer then a pencil liner. Is there something i can use to make it stay on?

I use Bourjois Liner Feutre. It's a felt tip liner pen and is very easy to apply. It's the only liner I've ever used that doesn't smudge and once it's on, it stays on until I use makeup remover, but I only use it on my upper lid.
