Epi-love it or hate it?

I always love red Epi color and I think Epi is a great classic line.

Just got my first piece of epi and I am wondering why I didn't discover this sooner!!! I am especially liking the nice soft alcantara lining. Mmmmmm. Are all epi pieces lined in alcantara?

Well, some of the styles are very very nice...but over all, the lines do get in the way of me loving it....

I keep thinking too that, for the $$$, its a bit too low key...and I feel that it looks best when dressed up rather than dressed down...so not a good choice for me.....

I read it somewhere very aptly described, the EPi line is subtle, discreet, and elegant. I like that about it, and am sure it appeals to everyone who likes EPI. I like knowing that not everyone knows EPi = LV, and the ones that do, obviously appreciate the quality and know what they're looking at. If I had to pick an LV monogram it would likely be black on ecru - for the discretion. But everyone's different, the visibility and in-your-face-ness of the mono's wouldn't go well with me!

It is fantastic, less faked (and I think the fakes can never get away with it) and it is super durable, I have an epi sac d'epaule that is already discountinued and still looks great.
