There's also that something gold colour...I don't remember what the first word is, but it starts with a "C", it reminds me of fawn, but it' more gold-toned, of course.

The gold colour beginning with C you are thinking might be cipango

Lilac was produced with the silver coloured hardware full-stop. You won't find lilac pieces with gold coloured hardware. Hope that helps.

Oh, I was more concerned about the year as #353 mentioned lilac was available in 2002/2004 while the one I saw was 2001 but thanks for clarifying on the hardware!

Gorgeous Epi, especially that red! Oh how I wish Epi were still available with Gold hardware! I simply don't get why there isn't a choice of hardware color. This would certainly simplify my choices!

These are just the years I could verify with the help of catalogues. It might well be that lilac (or any other color) was also produced before and after.
Any help is highly welcome!


Just bought some 90s catalogues, I will update as soon as I have them.
