Hey everyone!
I'm from Germany, and I'm about to undergo rhinoplasty this Monday with Dr. Jang in Korea. I'm sharing my journey to keep a record of my transformation and would really appreciate your support.I will also attach my photos below

Reasons for Surgery
I've been dealing with a deviated septum, a long nose with a hump, and breathing issues due to the deviation. While my family suggested only ENT surgery, some friends who had plastic surgery in Korea encouraged me to consider both medical and cosmetic improvements.

Clinic Choices
My guy friends had their nose done at Braun plastic surgery and one of my couple friends got some surgeries done at DA. They are all happy with the results and the price. So basically I looked to focus on one of two clinics.
I do not speak Korean at all . I arrived in Korea with the help of my friends ; booking the accommodation and reservation of the clinics to consult with took place with the help of them lolll.
I visited both clinics within a day of my arrival and I realized why Korea is a top notch clinic for cosmetic surgery from this experience. The process from the registration to the consultation went smoothly with the help of their translator. After consulting with Braun Plastic Surgery and DA Hospital, I decided to go with DA Hospital. At the end of the day, I contacted my consultant to confirm my final choice .

Consultation Experience
The consultation involved a CT scan and photos. Dr. Jang, an ENT specialist, provided insights. Luckily, a Deutsch-speaking translator assisted me, easing my initial worries about potential language barriers. Dr. Jang's plan is to address the narrow airway, deviated septum, trim the hump, perform osteotomy, and use silicone for a smoother bridge. He acknowledged the limitations due to the swayed nose frame but assured me he'd make it as unnoticeable as possible. The price was reasonable even with a friend discount. I conducted a medical test at the clinic , blood and heart and chest test and they contacted me today , I passed the test and got to know some precautions for preparing the surgery

Surgery Approaching
I'm grateful if the surgery can improve my breathing, and any positive changes in the nose shape will be a bonus. My surgery is scheduled for this Monday.

Pre-Surgery Trip
Before the surgery, I'm taking a trip to Yeosu to indulge in my love for seafood. Some friends suggested Busan, but a 2-night trip might be short. What do you guys recommend? Share your thoughts!

I'll keep you all updated on my healing journey. If anything looks off, please let me know. Thanks for the support!
