Do you know who designed this?

Hi I just received this purse as a gift and it has no markings of who made it. Would anyone be able to give me an idea of a designer of this style purse. From what I can tell it is Crocodile and Ostrich. It has a detachable sunglass case on the back an a full crocodile strap. It also has a silver heart that hangs from it. The design on the heart is 2 hearts together with an arrow going through it. If anyone has an idea of who made it I would really appreciate your help.
