"She was wearing wearing Gummy bracelets prior to arriving" at Miley's bday bash and "they left indentations on her wrist," says her rep.
Them was some tight ol' gummy bracelets!!

more than cuts,those marks look to me like she has tried to scratch herself.Looks more like scratch bruising than cuts.But I surely think she has made that herself.If someone else would have done this,the marks would not have this direction.But yeah,those could even be cuts.I used to have a cutter friend,and yes,initially she covered her cuts.But when she started to feel really bad,she start to "forgot" her wristband.Maybe she really need help.

they dont look like scars to me.. if the cuts were that wide, you would see more wound contracture..

and i agree that she would have covered them up if they were scars from cutting.
