It does look incredibly puffy. I don't understand what the obsession is with fillers. People are hellbent on not having one single wrinkle.

Yep and her face only seems puffy in certain places, rather than overall (like if it was weight gain or something more natural) I agree, it's crazy.
I can't understand how people would want to inject that crap into their face... it baffles me.
