The seller cancelled the order in less than an hour, saying that she used an ipad for the 1st time to list a bag, it was an error, etc. I am fine with that, I have plenty of purses to keep me happy, and stuff happens. My problem is the refund. My paypal is connected to my checking account, and the $$ came out this morning. I waited to contact the seller until I checked my account, so I just sent her an email. I was honest and said I have never had a purchase on ebay cancelled before (I have bought under 50 items over several years), and I want to know how she is going to handle it. What should I do next?
TIA, and sigh, purses are supposed to be fun and make me happy and this is kind of the opposite....

Just to add to what the others have said, do NOT agree to a cancellation till you are refunded. Once you agree to the cancellation the seller receives her final value fee back. Just sayin...

I received an email from paypal this morning saying that my payment was refused by the seller, so the refunding process is working:p. other than once to the seller, I haven't responded to any emails, just saving them all.
I made myself feel better at the online Kate Spade sale (extra 25% off sale items with code setsail), but used my amex this time!

Hi everyone! I haven't bought a Coach bag in a while and I am debating on the Crosby Carry All in black or the Black and Gold Swagger bag. I like the look of the Crosby better, but the straps seem smaller on it. I haven't seen either in person. Any preferences on here? Any one have both?

Isn't that against ebay rules; to have a listing without at least one picture? Not that it will sell this way. I can't imagine anyone buying a pig in a poke.

Very small bags. If you carry a brush, a phone and a wallet you will be lucky if they all fit.
