Chanel Card Holder with Mixed Hardware

Hello!

I'm new to Chanel and my friend helped me pick up this lovely cardholder in purple. Just noticed though that main hardware is gold while the zipper is silver.

Is this normal?

That's super odd. Never seen such thing before. Is the zipper completely silver, or more of a muted/light gold tone? Did your friend get from the boutique?

Not sure, I have seen some vintage bags and new models with the mixed hw. Not really a fan of that but I love anything with the boy design.

Did your purchase come with a tag or receipt? there should be a number somewhere on either that looks like 16B or 16K or whatever in the leading digits. can you either post a photo of that tag/# or type it here?

It would help others who're trying to help know which season this particular wallet came from and tell you if others from same season look same way - this is a style that is released consistently from season to season, and I have never seen it with a different color zipper so wonder if it's a seasonal thing where someone else who bought from same season can help you confirm
