I just had the worse experience with TB. Many of their online private sale items were not even available or 'backordered' until May (?!) And therefore things were cancelled. However the financial institution I used was never notified! I had to go back and forth between tb and the financial institution probably 16 times with multiple phone call over many days. After talking with a supervisor at TB she finally processed the refund. Ridiculous! Never again.
