Belt Bag Base Size for Laptop?

Hi all. I saw these sizes but I'm not sure what the actual width of the base is. Would it fit a 13" MacBook Pro?

Does the small and mini come with a strap? Then medium doesn't? Hope someone can clarify.

I have the mini and I wouldn't try to put a laptop in it. It would lose its shape fast.

Celine discontinued the small and medium I believe. They are now only selling mini, but I think some boutique prob still have the small size. I'd suggest if you want the small, you have to be hurry
