I spoke w/Daphne today about a bag, she was super nice and very informative. She ended up emailing me some pictures of bags I am interested in. I haven't talked w/Joseph but Daphne is very nice.

I ordered a black city today. Daisy was super nice and said that ground shipping is free with purchase of $500 and next day is $45 while second day is $35. I also ordered new tassels for my apple green first. They were out of magenta though.
